Generally speaking, I prefer buckwheat soba noodles to ramen, and only eat ramen once or twice a year. When I do eat ramen, Enami is one of the few places I go. I'm never disappointed. The general idea behind 付け面 (tsukemen) -style ramen is that you baptize noodles in the flavor of your choice, then hasten eternity by eating them. The three dips I have eaten here are: super spicy, fish, and fish+meat. These are much more than dipping sauces; they're somewhere in between soup and stew. I enjoy them all, but the fish+meat combo ends up being more than an aging academician should eat in one sitting. Speaking of volume, another thing I like about Enami is that you can choose the size of your ramen noodle serving: small, regular, or large. Young people run Enami, but they understand the idea of my generation that it's bad manners to waste food. Come early! There is often a line of diners queing outside for a chance to eat these delicious noodles and accompanyments.

Salt ramen with flavored egg topping. It had a strong taste of salt or chicken. The noodles were straight thin noodles and delicious.

The soup and noodles have changed since the manager who worked in the kitchen for many years became independent. The taste was much lighter than before, and it was clearly more delicious than before. It seems that the tsukemen noodles are hardly boiled, and a large amount of hot water remains at the bottom of the bowl, so the noodles stretch towards the end. This is tough with tsukemen... (Previously, it was rinsed more thoroughly.) In addition to the stretched noodles, the moisture in the noodles diluted the flavor of the soup, and the second half was simply disgusting. I used to love this store and went there quite often, but even though they've raised the prices, the quality has gone down so much that I don't feel like going back anymore.

Enami's fish and meat tsukemen flavored egg topping was delicious. The soup is rich, with a direct taste of chicken and pork bones, and a lingering aftertaste of seafood such as dried sardines. The soup is not very thick. It feels more like pork bones than chicken. The noodles are homemade extra-thick straight noodles with the best elasticity. This noodle is super delicious. Although it is served only as a hot plate, the noodles that are unique to a hot plate do not stick together until the very end, allowing you to enjoy the chewy and chewy texture to the very end. The noodles are topped with plenty of roasted pork fillet, making it very satisfying to eat. The flavored eggs are very delicious with the sweetness and richness of the eggs. Maybe it's just today, but the soy sauce had a slightly salty taste, and halfway through I couldn't feel the flavor of the soup stock. Although there is always a long line, we recommend the tsukemen, which allows you to enjoy homemade noodles with a wonderful texture to the fullest.

The amount of fish meat-kun large serving has returned to normal. I was dissatisfied that the quantity did not return to the original due to the slight increase in price, but the dipping sauce had more flavorful oil than before, but I could eat a large portion till the end. I felt the price was too high, but I wanted to try it. So I can't eat enough unless I'm hungry. I ate it all. Seafood pork bone tsukemen large serving 1,150 yen A large serving of fish is 1,300 yen. Fish meat costs 1,600 yen, but it's a mistake. Choose what you want to eat. There's no need to talk about how you can eat two cups at different restaurants. I've already paid this much so it's a lot, but is it okay? I really feel like I don't want to hear that. I can eat it. It would be nice to have fewer days where I only eat ramen until the middle of the season. I wonder if something like that has happened recently.

#Fish and meat tsukemen 1000 yen 🗾Minami Yanome, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture 🍜Homemade noodles enami 💴Fish and meat tsukemen 1000 yen I wanted to eat my fill on a special holiday, but I lost my fighting spirit when I had a full stomach on a weekday, so I went to ``Homemade Noodles Enami'' for the first time in a while. It was past lunch time, but there was a line and we had to wait for several 10 minutes before entering the store. After entering the store, I was guided to a counter seat, but there were also table seats inside the store. As you can see, the ramen that I ordered was served about 10 minutes after I was seated, and as you can see, it had a lot of chunky chashu in it, and it felt like it would be a challenge just to eat it all🐽 The dipping sauce was seafood-based and had a strong flavor, so you could eat it all the way to the end. The noodles are thick and go well with the dipping sauce, which is also delicious 👍️ I still drink all the noodles even with dipping sauce🐽 There are many other types of tsukemen other than the one I tried this time, so please come visit the store and try them 🍜

The person in front of me ran out of tsukemen (cry). I had the thin noodles with a rich soy sauce, and I was shocked by how thick the backfat was. It was delicious with garlic and burape. Amazing, I ate tsukemen 🎵 Horse or Taa🍖 It's been a while since I visited. It was around 7:30pm on Monday, November 20th. There were no customers and I felt lonely. I ate Washiwashi Abura Soba. There's no juice. Something like salted kelp is a must. Are the noodles quite dry due to the bonito flakes? Or rather, it becomes Kape Kape. It's delicious, but I think it could use a little more water. I don't want to add eggs. For me, it's not just a matter of adding eggs to everything. Since it's abura soba, the taste is good. I want something. The monotonous taste is boring. After all, you should try Tsukemen 😁 I need to refrain from junk food 🎵 Thank you for the meal. There's no one at night 😝

I ordered salt ramen for 850 yen and meat rice for 300 yen. Salt ramen is delicious! The noodles smell good. I would like to eat it with flour, but the hardness of the noodles is only compatible with tsukemen. Oh, the hardness is not written on the menu, so please ask the staff. Meat rice is 300 yen, which is a good deal.
